A few things to help plan the work and start a useful conversation.
Show the room and the detail
Send a wide view that shows the work area and close-ups of cracks, holes, joints or ceiling texture. If several rooms need work, identify each one so the photos are easy to understand. You can attach photos in WhatsApp after opening the chat.
Describe the scope you have in mind
Include your city, approximate room dimensions and ceiling height. Say whether boards are already installed, existing surfaces need repair or you want to discuss a larger renovation. Mention the paint or finish you are considering and any work other trades are doing.
For a ceiling job, include the approximate area, texture condition and whether it has been painted. If you have assessment reports or drawings relevant to the project, mention them in the conversation.
Share your preferred timing
Tell Romildo when you would like the work done and whether the space is occupied. Ask what the proposed scope includes, which decisions still need to be made and whether more information or a visit is needed before a price can be confirmed.
